The frame is constituted by reinforced concrete columns and perimetric concrete beams, steel roof truss (one single span) and by steel purlins.

The roof is made by bottom plate, vapor barrier, insulator, waterproofing membrane, superior plate, plastic skylight with metallic frame.

The walls are constituted by “thermic” prefabricated panels, curtain walls and doors, the covering system are made by electric curtains.

On curtain walls there're aluminium sunshades

Permanent systems are constituted by:

- underground electric lines with surfaces, electric steel cables into metallic channels and sometime visible cable out of the channels , panel boards uniformly distributed;

- neon illumination and mercury steam lamps;

- audio cables and audio speakers;

- heating and air conditioning systems are constituted by roof-toop on the roof and distribuiion tubes on the ceiling;

- external and semi-permament hydrants UNI 45 for  fire prevention systems ;

- internal emergency lamps above every exit.
